The installation process of aerated concrete slabs for partition walls:
Familiar with the drawings, first play the installed ink line, and follow the construction drawings and standard lines provided by the general contractor to set the line. In principle, one side line of the center line and check the reference ink line. The installation can only be done after the inspection is accurate; The ground position line is hoisted out of the wall panel installation vertical line, and the pre-inspection meets the construction requirements.
This project uses vertical aerated concrete slabs. Before installation, the ground parts are chiseled and the floor slab is cleaned; the U-shaped (or L-shaped) iron parts are drilled and installed at the exact position of the slab joint, and expansion bolts (or shots) are used. Nail) Firmly connect the iron piece with the structural beam or slab. When installing the board, the seam of the board should be naturally squeezed close together. After the board is in place, a wooden wedge of appropriate size is driven into the bottom of the board, and the verticality of the board is checked with a ruler. After adjusting the verticality and flatness of the wall to pass, the trapezoidal anti-rust connecting iron insert (-40*40*2) is nailed into the trapezoidal rust-proof connecting iron insert at the height of the upper and lower 1/3 of the seam of the super-long board (or the deformation is relatively large). ). Then use special aerated concrete bonding mortar or repair powder (dry-mixed mortar) to repair the joints of the board and smooth the surface, and finally apply the special adhesive for the joint aerated concrete product or the special repair powder for the aerated concrete product on the joint between the board and the concrete beam ( Dry mixed mortar) and check and repair the entire wall. After the bottom of the board is cured and hardened with fine stone concrete or special bonding mortar, the wooden wedge is removed, and the holes are repaired with special bonding mortar or repair powder.
Precautions for the installation of aerated concrete slabs:
There are corners with special angles in some parts of the wall of the project, and the joints between the slabs and slabs are cut with electric saws at the angles required by the drawings; before installation, make a plan view of the slabs and list the positions of the aerated concrete slabs. For the installation sequence, aerated panels with the same appearance and thickness should be selected for each wall, and the number of panels embedded in the vertical direction of the partition wall should be minimized.
Before the installation of aerated concrete slabs, the net height of each floor and the actual size of the slabs should be reviewed. If there are errors in the construction or the length of the slabs does not meet the design requirements, the slabs need to be sawed. After the board is installed, the mortar must have a certain strength before drilling and grooving on the wall. Before applying adhesive or repair powder on the board, wood sandpaper or iron sandpaper should be used to remove efflorescence, scum and oil on the adhesive surface. The adhesive application should be full and even.
The installation sequence of the inner partition wall should be carried out in sequence from the door opening to both ends, and the whole board should be used on both sides of the door opening. If it cannot be satisfied, the board width should be more than 200 mm. For internal partition walls without door openings, they should be installed in order from one end to the other. The caulking adhesive or repair powder between the wall panels should be full, the width of the panel seam should not be greater than 5mm, and the anti-cracking silk cloth should be pasted before decoration.
When welding the special pallet, the position is on the horizontal line connecting the top of the joint of the two connected plates and the wall of other materials. When installing, install from one end to the other one by one, and the part can be installed in a jump type.
If you encounter structural deformation joints, you should negotiate with Party A to reserve the size, and the general deformation joint is 10cm. On-site stacking of aerated concrete slabs: the site should be firm and flat, with 100mm support at both ends, and the stacking height should be ≤2000mm. Aerated concrete slab hoisting: refer to the layout drawing, and transport the slabs in the corresponding position to the designated apartment according to the board number, and stack them neatly. When transporting, carry lightly in parallel or on both sides, and it is strictly forbidden to lift on one side, drag the ground or transport with a single piece of support. When processing live openings and corners, the opening and cornering is less than 1/3, and mechanical cutting is required. Hammering is strictly prohibited. After installing the aerated partition wall for three days, the pipeline and other grooving work can be carried out. To adjust the position of the board in a small range, special tools are required to prevent damage to the appearance of the board.
