Raw material preparation
Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is made through mixing the raw materials of sand(fly ash), cement, lime, anhydrite (gypsum),water and a small quantity of aluminium powder.
Dosing,Mixing and Pre-curing
The raw materials are accurate dosed,weighed and mixed by RUIGANG’s fully automated dosing and mixing plant. The mixture is then poured into moulds,and pre-curing for 2-4 hours till chemical reactions cause it to rise like a cake.
De-moulding and Cutting
After sufficiently pre-curing, the areated cake has attained strength.It is then de-moulded from the mould and precisely cut with knives and wires into blocks or panels.If needed,tongue and groove are cut.
Autoclaving
After cutting, the autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is cured by autoclaving in a 12-13 bar saturated steam atmosphere at a temperature of approx. 180 – 195°C.
Separating
After autoclaving,the blocks or panels sticked each other.It is gentally separated by layer and layer.
Stacking and Packing
After separating,the blocks or panels are sorted and stacked,then are transferred to pack. When packing,the blocks are stacked on the pallet and strapped and are then ready for dispatch to the construction site.It is worth mentioning that RUIGANG’s packing system have the highest speed in the world.It can finished the packing in a short time.
