RUIGANG tilting crane is equipped with tilting unit and blowing-off device.

When the autoclave trolley moves the side plate with cutted aerated concrete cake to tilting crane, the tilting unit tilts the side plate with cake by 90° turnover.

Then the remained bottom waste falls into the waste storage area easily, and is returned for reusing process.

At the same time, the blowing-off device clean the particulate around the side plate and aerated concrete cake quickly.

Next, the plate with the cake is tilted back by 90° turnover.
