How To Make Aerated Concrete Block?

The Aerated Concrete Block (AAC Block )Process including Raw Material Dosing, Slurry Mixing,Pouring the slurry into the mould,Pre-curing,Tilting,De-moulding,Reorganizing with Emply Mould after Demoulding,Both Side Cutting,Vertical Cutting,Cross Cutting,Turn And Fall of Bottom Waste,Hardening(Autoclaving),Separator(Breaking the Trigger)Layer by Layer Separation and Lifting Body,Rotary Clamp,Pallet Providing,Pallet Conveying, Packing,Block Transport.

Please note that he temperature and time should be controled in the AAC Block Process.

Pre-curing temperature:50～70℃,Pre-curing time:1.5～2.5 hours.

Autoclaving temperature:180～200℃,Autoclaving time for AAC Block:7-8 hours,Autoclaving time for AAC Panel:10 hours.
