What's the process of aerated concrete blocks?
There are 5 steps as below,
1. Storage and supply of raw materials for aerated concrete blocks
The raw materials are transported into the plant by truck. When the fly ash (sand and stone powder) is used intensively in the raw material yard, it is transported into the hopper by truck, and the others are stored separately.
2. Raw material treatment of aerated block
The fly ash (sand and stone powder) is fed into the ball mill by electromagnetic vibration feeder and belt conveyor, and the ground fly ash is sent to the slurry tank for storage by fly ash pump.
Lime is sent to jaw crusher by electromagnetic vibration feeder and belt conveyor for crushing, and then sent to lime storage bin by bucket elevator. Then it is fed into the screw conveyor and sent to the ball mill, and the ground materials are sent to the powder batching bin through the screw conveyor and bucket elevator.
The chemicals are manually measured in a certain proportion to make a concentrated solution with a certain concentration and sent to the storage tank for storage.
The lead powder is transported from the lead powder warehouse to the workshop, lifted to the second floor of the batching building with an electric hoist, poured into the mixer, added water quantitatively, and stirred into a lead powder suspension.
3. Batching, mixing and pouring of aerated block
Lime and cement are successively sent to the automatic metering scale for cumulative metering by the screw conveyor under the powder batching bin, and the materials are evenly added into the pouring mixer by the screw conveyor.
After the lime slurry and fly ash are put into the mold at the temperature of 1.45 ℃, the waste can be measured before the slurry and fly ash are put into the mold. If the slurry is not heated enough, it can be put into the mold at the temperature of 1.5 ℃.
4. Primary curing and cutting of aerated block
After pouring, the mold is pushed into the primary curing chamber with a conveyor chain for gas generation and primary curing. The room temperature is 50-70 ° C and the primary curing time is 1.5-2.5 hours. After initial maintenance, the die frame and embryo body shall be cut horizontally, longitudinally, milled and wrapped with spreader. The formwork frame shall be hoisted to the formwork truck, and then hoisted to the formwork truck to form the formwork for the next pouring. The cut embryo and the bottom plate of the kettle are hoisted to the kettle truck with a crown block.
The corner waste generated during cutting shall be transported to the mixer for batching.
5. Autoclaved aerated block and finished product
After the embryo is marshalled on the parking line in front of the kettle, it is pulled into the kettle by the winch for maintenance. The finished products after the initial kettle are lifted to the finished products by bridge crane, and then loaded and transported to the finished products storage yard by forklift. The empty kettle car and kettle bottom plate are lifted to the meeting line. After cleaning, they are pulled back to the yard frame by winch for next recycling
