RUIGANG AAC Block Manufacturing Unit is used for AAC production line which usually has two kinds of production process.It includes fly ash AAC block and sand AAC block, and its technologies are at a high level in the industry. The main raw materials of AAC block are tailings sand or fly ash, lime and cement, aluminum paste is regarded as aerating agent.The process of AAC production line is a new green and environment-friendly self insulation wall material formed by grinding raw materials, batching and mixing, pouring , cutting and autoclaving. AAC block has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, durability, thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire prevention, impermeability and good anchoring performance. It has the advantages of convenient construction, strong processability, reducing the comprehensive cost of buildings and increasing the use area of buildings. It has been widely used in industrial and civil buildings. The application and promotion of AAC block is also a new national project.

Casting slurry cycle time 4-5 minutes, cut cycle time 2 minutes.

Casting slurry temperature 38-40 degree

Green cake quiet stop time is 1.5-2.5 hours, temperature 40-80 degree, after quiet stop,the cake strength is 0.15-0.18Mpa

Steam autoclaving cycle time, come in and out autoclave about 0.5hour, steam autoclaving cycle time about is 6 hours/1.6Mpa, total 6.5 hours.
