AAC Bricks Machine

AAC Bricks Machine is for AAC Production Line which is used to make sand AAC block (panel) and fly ash AAC block (panel).

RUIGANG factory design and supply different annual output of AAC Production Line with 300,000 m³,400,000 m³,500,000 m³,600,000 m³,700,000 m³,900,000 m³ etc.

If start to make AAC block (panel),the raw materials must be batched with accurate quantities.

The raw materials proportion of sand aerated concrete block (panel)

Then it should strictly follow the process by operating AAC Bricks Machine.

Raw material grinding process

Put the sand (fly ash) into the ball mill to grind via the conveyor belt, after grinding, put the slurry into the storage tank by submerged pump.

Batching, mixing and pouring process

The cement and lime are conveyed by conveyor to the electronic powder weigher to scale separately. The slurry is conveyed by submerged pump then to the electronic measuring tank.The measured cement,lime,aluminum power and slurry are conveyed and mixed in the mixing tank ,then poured into the mould box.

Curing process

After pouring , the filled mould boxes are transferred into the curing room with 40～80°C. After 2-4 hours curing, green cakes become solid and ready for cutting.

Cutting process

The green cakes are cut into any required size of blocks (panels).(The cutting knifives and wires can be adjusted flexibly)

Autoclaving process

The green blocks (panels) are grouped and transferred into the autoclave to steam. It need 8-11 hours.

Separting process

When the blocks (panels) come out of autoclave, the separting machine separate the sticked blocks (panels) layer by layer.

Packing process

The auto palletizer stack the blocks on wooden pallets to pack.Then the blocks are transported to the yard according to specifications to stack.
