The Process for AAC Production Line
Grinding
Ball mill wet-grinds the sand with water to sand slurry.
Mixing
The sand slurry,cement,lime and aluminum powder are accurately mixed.
Pouring and pre-curing
The sand slurry is poured into mould box,then enter into pre-curing room for about pre-curing for 2 - 4 hours.
Reinforcing
The steel frames are put into the aerated concrete cake.
Demoulding
The aerated concrete cake is taken off from the mould box.
Cutting and Tilting
The aerated concrete cake is cut into the Blocks or Panels,then tilting for cleaning the bottom waste.
Autoclaving
The aerated concrete cakes are autoclaved for about 8–10 hours at a temperature of 180°C - 200°C with saturated steam at a pressure of 13 bar.
Separating
The sticked aerated concrete blocks or panels are separated.
Stacking and Packing
The aerated concrete blocks are stacked and packaged,then for shipping.
