    AAC production line is composed of equipment of different sizes, collectively referred to as AAC blocks manufacturing unit. The AAC production line has certain differences in its process according to different raw materials. It is specifically divided into fly ash, sand and slag production lines. The process of AAC production line is to grind the raw materials, stir and pulping according to a certain proportion, then pour them into the mold, rest, foam, cut and steam, and then the finished products leave the factory. The following is the production process of fly ash by AAC blocks manufacturing unit.


    1. Fly ash and gypsum adopt the mixed pulping process of fly ash and gypsum. During production, fly ash and gypsum are added into the beating tank according to a certain ratio to make a mixed slurry. When adding water for pulping, add water quantitatively to make slurry with appropriate concentration. Then the slurry is pumped into the slurry storage tank by the slurry pump for standby.

    2. Quicklime block quicklime is transported into the plant by dump truck and unloaded into the lime raw material storage shed for stacking. The block lime is crushed by the compound pendulum jaw crusher and then sent to the lime silo by the bucket elevator. Before grinding, lime is fed into the closed conveyor by the silo bottom feeder and sent to the mill for grinding. The finely ground lime powder is sent to the bucket elevator from the discharge port of the mill and to the lime powder silo of the batching building for standby.

    3. Bulk cement shall be used. Bulk cement is transported into the plant by bulk cement truck and directly pumped into the cement powder silo of the batching building for standby.

    4. Aluminum powder is purchased in barrels from other places and stored in the aluminum powder warehouse at the bottom of the batching building. The 5% suspension liquid in the second proportioning building is manually mixed by the electric hoist, and then put into use.

    5. The leftover materials and leftover materials cut by the waste cutting machine fall into the bottom chute and are washed by water into the waste pool at the bottom of the cutting machine. After continuous mixing to make the waste slurry reach a certain concentration, they are pumped into the waste slurry storage tank of the batching section by the slurry pump in the waste pool for standby.

    6. Batching, mixing and pouring lime and cement are sent to the electronic powder metering scale by the single screw pipe feeder at the bottom of the warehouse. After cumulative metering, the unloading device of the metering scale is unloaded into the pouring mixer. The fly ash slurry is put into the beating tank after the valve under the slurry storage tank is opened, and then pumped into the electronic metering scale of the slurry in the batching building for cumulative measurement. When the slurry weight meets the batching requirements, the automatic control system closes the discharge valve of the storage tank and stops discharging. The measured slurry shall be put into the pouring mixer according to the instructions. Aluminum powder is measured manually and poured into the aluminum powder mixer to make suspension. The stirred suspension is directly put into the pouring mixer. The temperature of slurry before pouring shall meet the process requirements. If the temperature is not enough, it can be heated by steam. During pouring, the mold is transported to the place under the pouring mixer by ferry car, and the pouring mixer is discharged for pouring.

    7. Cutting, marshalling, static stop and initial maintenance shall be carried out after reaching the cutting strength. The second mock exam is carried out by the ground turning over or cutting machine in the air. The semifinished product is lifted from the semi-finished product to the steam car. The two models are stacked on each vehicle. The stacked steam car is pulled by the slow motion hoist on the track ahead of the kettle.

    8. Autoclaved and finished product marshalled green bodies are pulled into the kettle by a slow-moving winch for autoclave curing. The constant pressure autoclave curing time is about 8.0h, the steam pressure is 1.3mpa and the temperature is about 190 ℃. After autoclave curing, the products are pulled out of the kettle by the slow-moving winch, and then the finished products are lifted by the kettle lifting appliance to the transport vehicle for direct delivery or stacking.

    9. After the bottom (side) plate is returned and the finished product of mold assembly and oiling is hoisted, the bottom plate on the steam curing trolley and the trolley are hoisted to the trolley return line through the finished product spreader, the trolley returns to the side of the cutting machine through the return line, the spreader lifts the bottom plate, lifts the mold frame and bottom plate to assemble the mold, returns, and puts the mold on the mold return track for cleaning and oiling, and then carries out cyclic pouring.
