The process including milling,batching,pouring,curing,mould removing,cutting,bottom waste cleaning,autoclaving,separating,stacking and packing.

1. The quartz sand with is wet milled by the ball mill.

2. The sand slurry,cement,lime and aluminum powder are accurately measured and batched .

3. The batched mixture is poured into the mould case under the 40-45 °C temperature.

4. The mould cases are filled the mixture and transferred into the curing room under the 40-80 °C temperature .The mixture is fermenting for 2-4 hours.

5. The mixture become hard after fermentation.It is called “green” cake.The “green” cake is removed from the mould case.

6. The “green” cake is cutted into blocks.

7. The waste of the blocks are cleaned.

8. The blocks are sent into the autoclaves for steaming under the 180-200 °C temperature and 13 Pa pressure.

9. The blocks are sticked after steaming.Then the sticked blocks are separated gently.

10. The separated blocks are transferred and stacked for packing.

11. The blocks are sorted and packed on the pallets then transported to the yard.
