How does RUIGANG block casting machine work?
When the fresh aerated concrete cake strength is enough after autoclaving ,it will be transported for casting by automatic transport flatform. The grabbing device which is spreaded grab the aerated concrete mould, then tilt by 90°turnover.In the mould tilting device, the mould box is removed from the aerated concrete cake and it is automatically taken off.Then However,the mould side plate still carry the aerated concrete cake,and mould side plate acting as cutting plate,the aerated concrete cake on the mould side plate is transported to RUIGANG AAC cutting machine for cutting.
