The steps for process the aerated concrete block
1. Material preparation system makes slurry according to th proportion
2. Pouring into casting machine with foaming agent,tackifier and other auxiliary materials
3. Casting
4. Pre-curing proceeds with a certain temperature
5. Rotating sling makes the rough brick turn 90 degrees when it reaches certain hardnessand time
6. One of the mould sides becomes a supporting panel and starts to mold
7. The mould frame and the returened hardening panel remixed to a mould and wait for cleaning and recasting

10. Bottom clearing equipment starts to clear six sides of the cutting brick.Waste recycles and the aerated concrete cake is delivered to the hardening area
