When the blank is in a static state, because the heat dissipation rate of the blank is too fast, the temperature of some outer surfaces of the mold is high or low, resulting in different degrees of hardening of the blank. According to common sense, we can infer that the closer the mold is, the lower the temperature and the lower the hardness. The uneven hardening of the aerated concrete block equipment is a precursor to a lack of hardened appearance, but it is also considered to be lack of hardening.
