AAC Panel Reinforcement is an excellent new type of building material that is widely used. It is widely used in buildings. You can find its traces in high-rise buildings such as Shanghai International Hotel, Shanghai Tower, Fuzhou Building, and People's Bank of China Building. It is lightweight and porous, thermal insulation, good fire resistance, nailable, sawable, planable and has a certain shock resistance.
AAC panel reinforcement process includes two steps. One is mesh making, the other is reinforcement inserting.
AAC panel mesh is welded on site.
1. The round steel bar is processed into the required size of long steel bar
2. The steel bar is made into various specifications of mesh
3. The mesh is welded into the required reinforcement mesh
4. The reinforcemented mesh must be treated with anti-rust(corrosion protection).
5. All the reinforcemented mesh should be dried before inserted.
AAC panel reinforcement is inserted.
Then the reinforcemented meshes are then fixed per mould and hung onto holding frames with needles and cross bars. The frames assembly then is inserted once the mixture is poured into the mould immediately. And the holding frames with needles are lifted, leaving the meshes in the cake. This process through a loading and unloading device to place and remove the meshes.
When the meshes are finished inserting, the aerated concrete cake with the meshes are transferred to autoclave for hardening.
