    General Processing

     

    Process

    The AAC Block (AAC Panel) production process includes raw material preparation, batching and mixing, pouring and pre-curing, cutting, autoclaving, separating and packing.

     

    Batching

     

     Pouring Mixer

    In the pouring mixer, ingredients of desired proportion are blended and then poured into the mould for pre-curing.Please note that the mixer keeps the aerated concrete from hardening by constantly tumbling the mixture around.

     

    Pre-curing and Cutting

     

    Mould

    In the mould, the slurry stiffens to form the green cake. The mould is a vessel into which concrete slurry is poured.The green cake rises due to the evolution of hydrogen gas from the reaction between the concrete slurry and aluminum powder. The process is termed as pre-curing.

     

    De-moulding Machine

    The de-moulding machine is used to easily remove the green cake from the mould through 90 degree turning.This process leaves the side plate from the mould, it purpose that the side plate is to support the green cake and keep it from collapsing. After de-moulding, the incomplete mould combines with the new side plate to form a complete one again, which readily accepts the next concrete pouring.

     

    AAC Cutting Machine

    The AAC cutting machine is used to precisely cut all the sides of green cakes to various required dimensions. It is mainly made up of horizontal cutter, vertical cutter, cross cutter,transfer car,  and car exchange device.

     

    Bottom waste cleaning machine

    The bottom waste cleaning machine tilt the green cake through 90 degree turning so that the scraper remove the bottom waste as well as clean the bed. Wastes that are washed off into the basin is recycled, which results in cost savings. All these motions are driven by hydraulic cylinder and controlled via valves to ensure stability.  

     

    Autoclaving

    Steaming trolley

    The steaming trolley is also knowed as autoclaving cart. It carries the green blocks (panels) which are seated on the side plate to the autoclave. 

     

    Ferry Car

    The ferry car travels across the line of AAC production.It handling the mould-carrying car and the cake-filled autoclaving car can run on each other’s rails. 

     

    Chain Conveyor

    The parts of the chain conveyor include the towing unit (tow-car), transmission unit, and rear wheels.In the chain drive system, the sprocket receives power from the motor and transmits it via the chain to the driven sprocket installed on the towing unit . The towing unit  then pulls other equipment back and forth along the rail, with the help of pushing and towing unit.

     

    Autoclave

    Autoclave is used in steaming sand aac block,flyash aac block and aac brick/panel.It is a large steam equipment.

     

    Packing the AAC Blocks (Panels)

    Separator

    After autoclaving, in order to keep each individual AAC block (panel) from sticking to the adjacent ones.The piled-up AAC blocks( panels) need to be separated along the cuts, one layer from the next.  The separating operation is carried out by the separator, which is made up of the separating device and lifting device. The lifting motion of the separator is driven by a hydraulic power unit. Proportioning valves are used to control the hydraulic unit to ensure operating stability.

     

    Stacking machine

    The stacking machine transfer the AAC blocks (panels)  to the grouping cart.It takes hold of each individual AAC blocks (panels) and carries it to the packing line for packing.

    Grouping cart

    The grouping cart assembled two moulds of AAC blocks (panels) together.

     

    Packing Line

    The packing line is designed for reduced labor cost  and improved efficiency. A number of pallets are arranged along the packing line. Each individual AAC blocks (panels) are lifted by the crane and put down on the pallet. Once the packing operation is started, the pallet together with the AAC blocks (panels) moves along the packing line.
