1. Raw material preparation

2. Batching

6 . Autoclave curing

7. Out of the autoclave

Out of the autoclave is a process of producing AAC block by the machine. After the steam curing is completed, exhaust the steam curing autoclave, then pull out the steam cured green body, transfer it to the breaking position by the tractor for breaking, and clamp it to the stacking platform by the single-mode fixture after breaking. The AAC blocks are packed by the automatic packer, and then transported to the finished product placement area by forklift for reasonable placement.
