In order to exact dosing of the mixture, the sludge, cement, lime, aluminum powder which are concurrently weighed and fed in a sequence specified to the mixer.

Then the mixture is poured into moulds for pre-curing.In curing room, the tempereture should keep 40ºC, and waiting for 2.5-3.0h till the aerated concrete cake strength will become 0.3~0.5MPa.
