To avoid the cake damaged, RUIGANG company develop special a demoulding machine is with very gentle handling and fast running. Because of this, damage can be avoided perfectly.

In the demoulding machine, the aerated concrete cake is removed from the mould.This process comprises several steps. First, the mould is grabbed and tillted 90° by the turning crane unit. Then the cake falled on the side plate which acting as carrier to carry the cake for cutting. And the empty mould box is assembled with the plate and is then transfered back for reusing.
