How does the our tilting manipulator work?
The cutting platform moves the mould side plate with cutted aerated concrete cake to "green" separator.
The clamp which is equipped tilts the mould side plate with cake by 90° turnover.
The remained bottom waste falls into the waste storage area easily.
And it is recycled and returned to the aac raw material process.
At the same time, the blowing-off device clean the particulate around the mould side plate and aerated concrete cake quickly.
Next, the plate with the cake is tilted back by 90° turnover.
