RUIGANG AAC block cutter is for horizontal cutting and longitudinal cutting the aerated concrete blocks and panels after the aerated concrete products come out of the pre-curing room. The machine is reasonable and smartly and the operation is convenient by PLC control.
After the aerated concrete cake has attained enough strength, it is removed from the mould and cut. The machine cut aerated concrete cake with cutting knives and cutting wires. It cuts the block or panel length, width and height.
