What raw materials are needed for AAC panel and block making?
Raw Materials preparation is the important step for making high quality aerated concrete panel. The aerated concrete mixture is mixed by sand or fly ash, cement, anhydrite(gypsum), lime, water and a small quantity of aluminium powder.
What is proportion of mixture of aerated concrete materials?
There are two methods of process with different main component.
If quartz sand as main component for aac materials, the ratio as 69.2% Sand, 13.8% cement, 13.8% lime, 2.96% anhydrite, little quantity of aluminum powder and some water. If fly ash, the aerated concrete panel materials are consist of 70% fly ash, 13.8% cement, 13.8% lime, 2.96% gypsum, a little aluminum powder and some quantity of water.
