After autoclaving, the ferry cart carries the cake to leave the autoclave. The cart with Intelligently controlled can easily poisition, stop and get aligned to the rails accurately after rapid transverse movement.
This ferry cart for the production of aerated concrete includes a frame and a cover plate arranged above the frame, on which a track, a main drive system and a traveling wheel system are installed. Its main drive system includes a reducer, a two-speed motor and a coupling. The reducer and the two-speed motor are connected by belts, and are respectively fixed on the bottom of the front side of the frame through the machine base. The reducer is connected with the left and right front wheels respectively through the long shaft of the coupling.
