Aerated concrete block is a kind of porous lightweight building material made of fly ash, lime, cement as the main raw materials, aluminum powder as foaming agent, by dosing, mixing, mould pouring, pre-curing, tilting, demoulding, reorganizing with empty mould after demoulding, both side cutting, vertical cutting, cross cutting, turn and fall of bottom waste, hardening, separator(breaking the trigger)layer by layer separation and lifting body, rotary clamp, pallet area, conveyor belt, packing, transport, steam curing side return, cleaning-up.
Aerated concrete block not only with light weight, but also with heat preservation, heat insulation, fire prevention and sound absorption. It has the advantages of fast wall construction and high efficiency. It can also be sawed, planed, drilled and nailed on the spot according to the temporary requirements.
