1. Anti-seismic The same building structure is 2 earthquake-resistant levels higher than that of clay bricks.
2. Environmental protection No pollution during manufacturing, transportation, and use. It can protect arable land, save energy and reduce consumption. It is a green building material.
3. Lightweight, pores up to 70%~85%, bulk density is generally 500 900kg/m3, which is 1/5 of ordinary concrete, and 1/3 of clay bricks, 1/4 hollow bricks, are almost the same as wood, which can float in water. It can reduce the weight of the building and greatly reduce the comprehensive cost of the building.
4. Fire protection The main raw materials are mostly inorganic materials, so they have good fire resistance and do not emit harmful gases in case of fire. The fire resistance of 650 degrees is a first-class refractory material. The fire resistance of 90mm thick wall can reach 300mm for 245 minutes, and the fire resistance of thick wall can reach 520 minutes.
5. Sound insulation Because of its unique porous structure, it has a certain sound absorption ability. A 10mm thick wall can reach 41 decibels.
6. Insulation Because the material has a large number of pores and micropores, it has good thermal insulation performance.
7. Impermeability Because the material is composed of many independent small pores, it absorbs water slowly and conducts moisture slowly. The time required for the same volume to absorb water to saturation is 5 times that of clay bricks. When used in the bathroom, the tiles can be directly pasted after the interface is processed on the wall.
8. Durable, the strength of the material is stable. After the test piece is exposed to the atmosphere for one year, the strength has increased by 25% and remained stable after ten years.
9. Fast, with good workability, can be sawed, planed, drilled, nailed, and can be bonded with appropriate bonding materials, which creates favorable conditions for building construction.
10. Economy The comprehensive cost is reduced by more than 5% compared with the use of solid clay bricks, and it can increase the use area and greatly improve the utilization rate of the building area.
