Pre-curing and cutting: pre-curing shall be carried out after pouring. After checking that the central part of the AAC Block has initially set, a special crane and supporting mold shall be used to turn the poured green body 90 degrees in the air for demoulding, and then put it on the cutting machine for cutting and forming. The mold frame is lifted back to the pre-curing vehicle, cleaned and oiled automatically, and the mold is assembled for the next pouring; The cut green body and the bottom of the mold are hoisted to the steam curing vehicle with a crown block. The bad leftover materials produced during cutting shall be transported to the mortar mixer after cleaning, and then mixed into the mixing tank to make slurry during the next pulping.

Autoclave and finished products: after the green bodies are grouped on the parking line in front of the autoclave, open the autoclave door, connect the trolley track, and send the autoclave to the autoclave.
