The AAC production line includes the following AAC block machine:
1. Autoclave: it is the core equipment for the production of AAC blocks. The autoclave is a steel horizontal cylindrical device, which is used for high temperature and high pressure curing of the cut green body.
2. AAC block vacuum hood: after the AAC block body is cut, the waste of aerated concrete body on the top layer can be removed through the aerated brick vacuum hood.
3. Green body rest room: after pouring, the mold is pushed into the primary curing room by the conveyor chain for gas generation and initial setting. The room temperature is 50-70 ℃.
4. Slurry screw conveyor: it is connected with raw material tanks (cement, lime, gypsum). Aerated brick screw conveyor is a new type of conveying equipment that continuously transports aerated concrete raw materials in a closed shell with circular section by using rotating screw. The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, small cross-sectional area, light weight, good sealing performance, high conveying efficiency and flexible process layout. Batching and pouring building: the batching part of the aerated brick production line is mainly composed of a pouring building frame (3 floors), a cement silo, a lime silo, a gypsum silo, a cement lime gypsum weighing bucket, a slurry weighing bucket, a screw conveyor and a pouring mixer. Function: first of all: three raw material tanks. Cement, lime and gypsum are transferred to the dry material weighing bucket through the screw conveyor for measurement. The proportions of various raw materials can be accumulated and measured by the semi-automatic control system or by the full-automatic PLC control system. Secondly, the fly ash or sand slurry will be directly transported to the slurry weighing bucket of the pouring building through the pipeline. This measurement can also be divided into automatic and semi-automatic measurement. Finally, the three kinds of materials and slurry will be transported to the pouring mixing tank for mixing through the screw conveyor after metering, and the aluminum powder will be added after manual weighing.
5. Ball mill: dry ball mill and wet lattice ball mill can be selected according to materials and ore discharge mode. This machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of steel castings with removable lining. The rotary gear is machined by casting gear hobbing. The cylinder is embedded with wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. The machine operates stably and reliably.
6. Storage tank: used for storing prepared pulverized coal mortar or mortar, with slow mixing to avoid slurry settlement.
7. Steam curing trolley: it is a vehicle that carries the green body and side plate in and out of the autoclave after cutting the green body.
8. Overturning sling: it is the main supporting equipment in the production of aerated concrete. It is an important part of the aerated concrete equipment. The spreader lifts the green body on the cutting table, removes the mold frame, and the green body can be cut. Automatic spreader for aerated block: it is matched with double beam and double hook crane to demould and lift the blank. The structure adopts hydraulic propeller to make the four hooks open and close automatically.
9. Mold box: the aerated brick mold box is the main supporting equipment in the production of aerated concrete. The raw materials mixed evenly are poured into the mold box by the pouring machine. After being aerated and cured, the green body can be cut after removing the mold frame.
10. Pouring mixer: This machine is mainly used to mix the slurry, cement, quicklime, gypsum and aluminum powder paste suspended liquid injected into the tank according to a certain ratio, so that it can be evenly mixed and fully reflected, and even if the mixed slurry is injected into the mold frame. Structural features: This machine adopts propeller type mixing to form a strong eddy current in the tank, which can fully destroy the coating of quicklime particles, so as to achieve full and uniform mixing. At the same time, the lifting pouring arm adjusts its height with the pouring process to prevent splashing.
