  From the many regulations of the building fire protection code, the issue of building insulation is a bit of a dilemma for developers: for buildings with a height greater than or equal to 100m, the combustion performance of insulation materials such as aerated panels should be Class A. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 60m and less than 100m, the combustion performance of thermal insulation materials such as aerated panels shall not be lower than Class B2. When using B2 insulation material, each layer should be equipped with horizontal fire barriers. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 24m and less than 60m, the combustion performance of thermal insulation materials such as aerated panels shall not be lower than Class B2. When B2 thermal insulation materials are used, horizontal fire barriers should be installed on every three layers. The fire protection regulations have greatly restricted the storey height of buildings, and it has made the thermal insulation design of super high-rise residential buildings a difficult point.


   At the same time, non-combustible or non-combustible materials should be used as the fire-resistant layer for the fire-resistant layer and isolation belt, and the protective layer should completely cover the thermal insulation material. The thickness of the protective layer of the first layer should not be less than 6mm, and the thickness of the other layers should not be less than 3mm. When a fire isolation belt needs to be installed, the fire isolation belt should be made of A1 (A) grade insulation material along the upper edge of the window and pasted on the full area of the base wall. The joint filling material should be A1 (A) grade homogeneous material. When combustible thermal insulation materials are used for the thermal insulation and decoration integrated board, when the surface and sides of the thermal insulation material are covered with glass fiber mesh cloth reinforced polymer mortar or other inorganic non-metallic material protective layer (the protective layer thickness is not less than 3mm), it can be used after fire prevention treatment measures Appropriately improve its combustion performance level. Such strict regulations are naturally a good thing for the safety of the building, but it has become a difficult point for the developer's cost and procurement.
