How to set up AAC block manufacturing plant?

Sep 24, 2021

1. The investor should have a land site where is for producing AAC block.

RUIGANG will design a competitive formula

Ⅰ. 180x41m (150x45m) land site for 300000 cuber meters yearly capacity AAC block.

Ⅱ.180x49m (150x56m) land site for 400000 cuber meters yearly capacity AAC block.

Ⅲ.180x55m (150x63m) land site for 500000 cuber meters yearly capacity AAC block.

2. Find the AAC production line supplier and inquiry about the price.

ZHEJIANG RUIGANG MACHINERY CO.,LTD. is a experienced manufacturer and designer of AAC production line which can achieve annual output (production capacity) of 50,000m³ 100,000m³, 150,000m³, 200,000m³, 250,000m³, 300,000m³ AAC blocks.

3. The sand(fly ash),cement, lime, aluminum powder, gypsum and water must be prepared.

The formula of aerated concrete block is as follows according to different types:

Ⅰ. Typical raw material formula and consumption of fly ash aerated concrete block: fly ash content: 70%; Consumption per cubic meter: 350kg; Cement content: 13.8%; Consumption per cubic meter: 25-30kg; Lime: content ratio 13.8%; Consumption per cubic meter: 140-150kg; Phosphogypsum: content ratio 2.96%; Consumption per cubic meter: 15kg; Aluminum powder: trace content; Consumption per cubic meter: 0.4KG.

Ⅱ. Typical raw material formula and consumption of sand aerated concrete block: sand content: 69.2%; Consumption per cubic meter: 350kg; Cement content: 13.8%; Consumption per cubic meter: 70kg; Lime: content ratio 13.8%; Consumption per cubic meter: 70kg; Anhydrite (gypsum): content ratio 2.96%; Consumption per cubic meter: 15kg; Aluminum powder: trace content; Consumption per cubic meter: 0.4KG.

The general mass of aerated concrete block is 500-700 kg / m3, which is only equivalent to 1 / 4-1 / 3 of clay brick and lime sand brick and 1 / 5 of ordinary concrete. It is a lighter kind of concrete and is suitable for infilled walls of high-rise buildings and load-bearing walls of low-rise buildings.

Using this material, the self weight of the whole building can be reduced by more than 40% compared with that of ordinary brick concrete structure buildings. Because the building weight is reduced and the earthquake damage force is small, the seismic capacity of the building is greatly improved.
